A Warm Welcome
to Our Church
We are beginning the month by giving our neighbors a simple opportunity to experience a Sunday at Community Church Playa. We will share our vision as a church, introduce our ministries, and create space for new people to meet the people who call this church home.

Local Teachers
As the new school year approaches, we are supporting local teachers by helping provide supplies from their classroom wishlists. We will also take time during the gathering to pray for teachers, school staff, students, and families throughout our neighborhood.

We believe the church is called to seek the good of our city. This Sunday, we will hear from Westchester YMCA, Grass Roots Neighbors, and Young Life and learn about tangible ways we can participate in their work throughout our community.

Beach, Baptisms
and Brunch
We are taking church to the beach for a joyful morning of worship, baptisms, and brunch. Come celebrate stories of new life in Jesus and enjoy an extended morning together as a church family.
