Throughout August, we are creating intentional opportunities for people in Westchester and Playa to experience who we are as a church and why we exist.
For those of us who already call Community Church Playa home, this is an invitation to participate—not simply by attending, but by noticing new faces, making introductions, sharing our tables, and helping every person who joins us feel genuinely welcomed.

We are beginning the month by giving our neighbors a simple opportunity to experience a Sunday at Community Church Playa. We will share our vision as a church, introduce our ministries, and create space for new people to meet the people who call this church home.

As the new school year approaches, we are supporting local teachers by helping provide supplies from their classroom wishlists. We will also take time during the gathering to pray for teachers, school staff, students, and families throughout our neighborhood.
