Christmas Eve Service
Join us as we celebrate the birth of Christ with our community at Church Playa. Expect carols, holiday treats, and a time to celebrate and worship the arrival of Jesus into the world.
NO WORSHIP GATHERING
We will not be having a Worship Gathering on Sunday, December 28. We will be meeting again beginning January 4, 2026 with our regular Worship Gathering and CCP Kids Ministries.

1 Year Celebration
Join us on Sunday, January 11 as we celebrate our one-year anniversary and God’s faithfulness to our church community. After our Worship Gathering, we’ll enjoy a post-church brunch and give thanks for all He’s doing in and through our church.

Union Rescue Mission Serve Day
On January 24th, our community at CCP will have the opportunity to serve alongside the team from Roberts Home Audio and Video (co-led by our very own Derek Eitel) in helping with brush removal and various beautifying projects throughout the property at Hope Gardens.
What is Hope Gardens?
A transitional housing campus that exists to provide a safe and supportive environment for single women and children facing homelessness, along with permanent supportive housing for senior women at our Sequoia Lodge.
So join us! Register here and plan to meet on campus (address in location details) from 10am to 3pm, with a break for lunch from 12:30-1:30PM.

Westchester Saturday Stroll: Holiday Edition
Join us as we team up with the Westchester First Saturday Stroll!
This is a great opportunity to connect with our city and be part of a fun holiday celebration.
The event will feature a tree-lighting ceremony, food, drinks, music, games, and more!
We’ll have a booth where we’ll be hosting an ornament-making station. Sign up for a one-hour shift to help at the booth, invite people to Christmas @ Church Playa, and assist kids as they create their own ornaments.

We have 3 Sundays left in our current location at Playa Vista Elementary School, and we want to honor and celebrate our last Sunday there on August 31st with an End of Summer BBQ + Pool Party!
Derek and Natalie’s Neighborhood Dinner, originally planned for this Saturday, will be moved to August 31st so they can host this special event.

Easter Celebration Service
We invite you to come and experience the hope and renewal of Easter through our Easter Celebration Service. Our CCP Kids Ministry wil be open for all kids ages 0-6.
Good Friday Service
Join us for our Good Friday Worship Service. We will spend time in worship, take communion and reflect on the sacrifice Jesus made for each of us. Our service will run from 7PM-8PM. CCP Kids will not be available during our service, your whole family is invited to participate and be a part of our time. All are welcome!

Palm Sunday Serve Day
We are partnering with Grass Roots Neighbors to help meet some tangible needs in our city. Grass Roots Neighbors work with 50 families in the area who struggle with food insecurity. Through their program, these families receive groceries twice a month to help assist them in having food for their families.
On Palm Sunday, in lieu of our normal Worship Gathering, we are meeting to put together food and care packages for these families.
