May Service Project

For our May Service project, we will be partnering with Harvest Home and Claris Health to encourage new moms through assembling ‘Care for Mom’s’ Baskets. By giving these baskets, we will provide practical support and encouragement for new moms connected to these organizations.

Throughout May, bring items from the list below each Sunday when you come to church. The, join us on May 31st by arriving early at 8:15am for our worship gathering as we come together to assemble Care for Mom’s Baskets for new moms in the Harvest Home and Claris Health Community.

Care for Mom’s Baskets — Item List

Woven Basket – Neutral basket for presentation.
Diapers – Size 1-2 recommended.
Wipes – Sensitive skin wipes.
Onesie – 0-3 or 3-6 months.
Blanket – Soft swaddle or baby blanket.
Bottle – Basic baby bottle.

Cozy socks (for mom) – Comfort for postpartum recovery
Lotion (for mom) – Gentle hydrating lotion.
Devotional book (for mom) – Short devotional.

Diaper bag – Functional carry bag.
$20 gift card – Flexible essential spending.
